Very nice, all correct hardware and welded wedge.
Dllbmx, If you know what they are please fill us in. Been watching these since they listed. LOLI want to know Nice buy. Been itching to pull the trigger on these!
One of the best looking sprocket designs. I think sometimes to build a mid school bike to get one of these and a PMC seat post clamp.
What an awesome survivor here. I absolutely love these things! Someday I will have one.
Nice pick up.
I had a flight crank with the same spindle, no dimples (welded two piece type) that I pulled off a survivor bike.Nice setup.
This is a great bike but the title is a little misleading since most guys out there have not heard of a Kuwi "Survivor" model. I'm sure most guys are expecting a survivor shape LaserliteIt has the same FF set as a Laserlite but with cheaper parts. Basically a budget version complete bike of the Laserlite. Designed by Kuwi to get more bikes out the door. One thing that surprises me is the colours. I have never seen an old magazine ad advertising colour options. This bike is amazing. GLWS
Sick, I want one!
Perfect for 90's cruiser.
Similar but different, these look to be one piece hub body. The elf hub is a three piece like body like a Bullseye for example. Also the centre body is the same on the front and rear with the elf hubs. These got me boggled. Maybe custom made by a friend or a buddy in high school shop class lol.
Wish I had that kind of cash, these hubs / wheels are killer!GLWS Dude.
Nice headset, great grab.
Nice wheels and a good price too.GLWS
Those pedals look awesome! Nice work
Thinking of you Pattersonlove.
Those are awesome hubs! Love the story too, this is rhe kind of stuff I miss from the catch all forum. Great read. Wish I had that kind of disposable income so these could be mine. GLWS
Dibs as per PM
These are the same as on YYZ , they are not TRX. TRX have an oval profile to the legs but the front and back edges have about a 1/8 flat section, and the most obvious and destictive feature is the rifeling ( spiral lines for reinforcement ) in then inside the lower end of the steer tube. Cool forks and a still hard to come by. Perfect for a Kuwi and other brands as a replacement fork option back in the day.
My Goodness, this is Sick!!
Sorry these were sold and post deleted. How were you able to see it? Saved as a watch item?
Stamped Nitto, not the "Laser" stamped ones.
Supposed to be BB, not BlackBerry this damn phone is so conceded and thinks every time I type BB I'm talking about it LOL
Nice BlackBerry, was thinking to pick it up my self.If he hits BIN, he will be sent PP request to pay for it again. As seller you can go to "my for sale" where you bump it, and change the status to pending so no one can buy it again, then when the payment clears, change to sold and it will delete itself after a few days.
Pending to member osgflat
If any interest on the FF please PM me.
Awesome, thanks for the age. Was this stock on any models or a "replacement part" sold at shops. I have rarely seen these come up or mounted on a build.
Dibs Oval Bullseye decals
I'm not a Kuwi expert but on both of mine the brake bridge is not welded to the top of the seat stays, but rather between them. Where the tubing meets at the rear drops on mine are open ends, not closed like on this one. I have an 83, and stamped 84 and both have oval top and down tubes. Are you sure this is a laserlite? Just wondering.
Nice grab, 2nd dibs just in case
PM sent Gary, not sure where it came from. I bought it from here a few years back when I was going to restore a seat post but ended up polishing it.
I don't believe it is a second gen because it has the recess for the bolt. From what I have read the 2nd gen was flat. Should be 3rd gen
Awesome looking rims, never seen these before. What tear are these?
Is this the new version with the sealed bearings?I believe the silk screened top nut is the new one right?
I will check shipping costs but I doubt it.
Super clean for sure ! This is identical to the Norco Starfire except for the brake bridge. The Starfire came with ARX forks instead of the TRX.Who ever gets this one will be very lucky, very nice riding bikes! I have two of the Starfire's and they have really nice geometry.
Sale pending to OID78
Sold pending arrival of USMO, 2nd dibs my member Bmxfun
