Are these cut? What's the width on them?
There's no knurling, but the holes make them grippy-er than regular flat aluminum.
Are these 19mm or 22mm spindle size?
The reason why I ask is that I had one just like it in 1999 - I even had the stock levers replaced with the Tech 99's, like this one. The ones on this one show some hiker grindage so whoever had this one also did some hikers, and I chopped the bars a bit. Chrome ones were kinda rare. It was stolen out of my house in Virginia Highland that August. I only had it for a few weeks, it also had the old GT alloy cranks, Shimano DXs, and a super rare 48H Suntour hub. I'm not saying this is the one, and to be honest there's no identifying marks on it that would ID is as such even if it was, but if you got it from somewhere in Atlanta, I think there's a decent chance it might've been. If that was it there's no telling where it's been all these years. So weird. At any rate, don't worry, I'm not upset or anything
Were the bars chopped?
Ope, where did you find that frame?
That is a beauty!
Nice! I used to have one of these. What's the chainstay measurement (center of BB to slammed)?
Are there just those two styles of sticker, or are there more? These are really cool.
Thanks! Do you not have the compression bolt? I wanted to see what gen these were. The later ones have the flush mount bolt that tightens witha hex key, the originals tightened with an open ended wrench.
Could you post a pic of the top cap? Thanks!
Somebody bought my old shirt for $150! Rad.
My old shirt!
Very nicely done bike.
Does anyone know the reach on those stems?
Is that flat black?
Basic Whammy bars? I think they had that thick crush proof clamp tube like that....
