2nd Gen clamp.
Both awesome pedals. I've had multiple sets of both. The made in Japan ones have a little better bearings. At least, I've never had to service the Japan ones. Either way, most comfortable pedals I've ever had. Very, very smooth! Rarely pop-up for sale.
Are these the made in Japan or made in Malaysia version? They're stamped in small lettering on the crank arm side.
Damn, even without the brake plate that's a fricken steal!! I have a couple og decal sets for this frame.
Yeah, RV. I used to have one of these. Sweet geometry.
They are usually very, very good about warranties, but they won't warranty damage from an over tightened bolt.
I'll take it.
I'll take all four.
Nice swoop, for sure. I've seen the forks pop-up lately. Will be a sweet build.
I've always ran the supplied spacers, specifically for the Evolution BB on all mine. They're wider so they sit flush with the shell. If they don't, the bearings aren't pressed in all the way.
Are those cone spacers the ones for an Evolution BB or they for a regular Profile BB
The sprocket bolt or bolt hole, is almost stripped?
I'll take 2. PM sent.
On second thought nevermind, I don't need this. Lol
It's a Phil Wood spacer.
Not sure what's so funny about this sale post. These are legit OG clear back factory decals. It's complete and a good price. If someone's looking for legit OG replacements, for a '92-95 Team model, these are what you get.
You're right, they're later. It's a late '97-up frame. The later frames have the angle cut rear triangle tubes. Rob at Calabazas had those decals made, when he bought out the rest of the Boss stuff.
Jeff, PM me with your address.
VG had two greens. Weren't neccessarily different colors. More different "gens", I guess you could say. The first run of green VG parts were bright green, later batch this green. The color shade changed when the "Spurs" starting being made thinner, which was about 96ish?
Hit up tennisbum_132. He loves those frames and very well might be looking for a set of these.
Sweet posts! American made, too!
Pharv85 is looking for a set of these. Think he has a WTB post for them, if I remember right.
Did you polish the whole bearing cup or just the outside face?
You can't get the "Full Detailed Condition" from one frame/fork pic.....
This is closer to 98ish. 93-94 are threaded fork, standard brake.
GT360 is looking for a set of these.
What size are these?
Don!! What's up, my friend!! Look on the last page, of the 1" S&M thread.
Fulthrotle73 is looking for a set of these. Believe he has a wtb post for them, too.
Damn! 2nd dibs!!
That's awesome! Can I get one unsencored?
'98. '97s have a cable stop for canti brakes.
Damn, nice swoop!!
These are a brand called Oscar, who was a guy that used to work for Philwood & Co.. Not sure where it started that VG made them, though.
What size is it?
Damn, nice swoop Jordan!!
Just PM'd you, Jeff.
I think the bigger thing is, most people that have Revcore pedals ride them, and pedal cage damage is inevitable. I need a set, but wouldn't want to have to baby them.
Did you buy this new? Just curious because it looks like one of the plated Brand X chromoly posts. Magnet stick to it?
You happen to have a pair of 20x1.75 nos gumwall Comp 3s? PM me please, if you do.
Sweet! Keep me posted!
Local cash deal? Maybe even meet up at CB's house when you pick up your parts, to make it easy?
If there's any chance you'd sell just the cages or maybe have an extra set, please hit me up. I figure you most likely wouldn't want to take them off these, but figured it never hurts to ask.
Dibs! Thanks Jeff!!
Hit me up if this deal falls through. Thanks!
Any chance you could post a close up pic of the logos? Thanks.
