Nope, definately TNT. These are the hubs they made to compete with Son Lites. I believe Son Lite sued TNT and they were forced to change the design so the holes did not go completely through. TNT re-popped these same hubs a couple of years ago.

Jumbo pads are fatter but, they also accomodate a larger top tube. Standard pads would fit a Mongoose Motomag frame where as Jumbos would fit better for say a PK Ripper or a Hutch Judge.
