I know this was good! You go the traditional route with rice and ground beef filling? I sometimes cut the mixture with sweet sausage and 85/15 ground beef with the rice, onion, and a little parmigiana cheese to tighten it up. The secret is in the sauce to make really good cabbage rolls IMO. Well played on this classic dish. big_smile

I gotta agree, just the smell of that stuff once the can lid is popped is pretty funky.
