Re: BIKE SHOP STICKERS

The S.L. Lewis Bike Co. Reynoldsburg Ohio. The shop that brought to life all the magazines I read and where my parents got my 87 DB hot streak from.

Re: BIKE SHOP STICKERS

Dude, I never knew Funway was a bmx shop and I've lived in this area for 35+ years, wtf. It's a roller rink/bowling alley, outdoor activity type center.

Last time I was there, a rogue baseball at the fast pitch batting cages fell in the tube when I thought it was over with, and after I put the bat on the hanger, it took a cheap shot at me and blasted my kidney. More funny than anything but was like really, did that just happen?

"Harp, I want to tell you something. I was in this bureau when you were still popping zits on your funny face and jerking off with the lingerie section of the Sears catalog."

"Look, John, I'm sorry I'm not sorry, okay? I'm not gonna apologize. I'm a cocksman."

"Nine million terrorists in the world and I gotta kill one with feet smaller than my sister."

"Get some shooting lessons asshole."

Re: BIKE SHOP STICKERS

Hank and Frank Oaktown! That was my hometown bike shop. That and The Peddler in El Sob. Love it!

Re: BIKE SHOP STICKERS

I posted a sticker of the Supreme Bicycle Store in Indy up a few posts, and was curious if it was still around. It isn't. But it had a long history.

Here's a link to the obituary of the man who founded the shop. Interesting!

https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/indys … =143714189

"George W. Dudgeon 100, Indianapolis, passed away March 28, 2004. Mr. Dudgeon worked at the Perry Township Weekly and Beech Grove Herald from 1924 to 1926. He started a bicycle store at Madison and Epler Ave. in 1932, where he lived next door. It became the Supreme Bicycle Store at the same location in 1970 and operated until 1992. George started working on bicycles in his dad's chicken house at the age of 12 years. When he was 5 years old, he was struck by polio and spinal meningitis, and had been in a wheelchair ever since. Mr. Dudgeon was a bicycle legend."

Re: BIKE SHOP STICKERS

This Sticker is on a 1977 Roger Decoster fork I just sold. Came off a bike built & sold through Pete’s Bike Shop in Flemington NJ.

The shop changed ownership and store location I think in the mid 90’s
