1980 Team Mongoose

Classic kids dream from back in the day.

I always wanted a Candy red Team goose when I was a kid. Same story as most my dear folks could not afford a goose so I ended up with a local Road Master copy which I cherished. Picked this up as a Frame Fork kit and sourced the rest form a good mate. Built her up just in time for the 2015 Thunderdome Show in Melbourne.

Re: 1980 Team Mongoose

I'd echo what everyone has said about this beauty! Very cool indeed!

Check out my 1983 VDC-built Trident, 1983 Kuwi Laserlite, 2010 GT Ultrabox 2, 2011 Crupi race rig and prototype Quamen, plus the all things Crupi & old school scene in Japan threads. Always interested in buying used, mid-school race plates and pads - UGP, Knucklebone, Lizard Skins and the like!
