1983 Roger DeCoster Looptail as found
1983 Roger DeCoster looptail I've had this bike for 10+ years, haven't really changed anything but the grips, just really like it in its simplicity. Its got a mix of parts so I know some kid had fun with this one! Not to many of these looptail Roger DeCosters out there.

I think you're the 4th person in NM I am aware of that has a looptail decoster. Ive got one too.
Guessing it was manufactured in Sept 1983? 
Im in this hobby for the nostalgia. Most of my bikes are ongoing projects.
My day-to-day riding consists of commuting, bar-hopping and mountain biking.

Looking for: Peregrine FSX-111 silver caliper, CW Fork with welded pegs. Peregrine Pro Fork, Peregrine crank set, Rear Peregrine Master white, Rear lavender Peregrine Master mag. Rear Peregrine HP48 mint to nos,Rear Pro Class IV white, 87 88 Skyway Street Beat, 401 175 single pinch "drive side".

Yes I just finally got around to putting it in the museum, sorry a little lazy!!! 
I think it would be very interesting to know where all of these looptail Roger DeCoster's are, I think most did come from the Southwest for some reason?
