Sprocket hitting frame

There's marks on the frame so this must be common. Didn't have this issue with the bike the crank came off of. What the heck is going on any help would be appreciated

use a spacer if the chainline agrees
otherwise get smaller sprocket...

Yup. With some of erock86 help turns out Forgot a washer roll
