I had a set of bars with seat post markings,too. They were welded crooked,and really heavy. Looked like Hawk bars. Anyway,pretty good chance both bars were on something that was sold at Walmart,or Toys r us.

"brand" is probably somewhat of a misdirection but, they look like the ones that were made for Gary Fisher freestyle bikes. Joy Yu or Yi would be more accurate.

Someone needs to put a set as a seat post at the min insert line on a bike . Ultimate lay back freestyle seat post .

I wonder if it broke & you had a good legal team, could you take them to court? I’m sure it says in the instructions, what those markings mean?

This stamp. Lots of parts that were stock on complete bikes had this stamp. It's the factory that made these parts.

There of a Rhino Turn N' Burn from 1999 /2000 sold at Target and Walmart stores.
