Kellogs Frosted BMX '85 UK VS USA

This video popped up on youtube as a recommended video.  I figure good old google finally got their advertising right and are feeding breakfast food and BMX to me.  lol

I'm not sure why it's billed as the UK vs. Us, but I love this old racing footage but it is definitely cool to see the two countries sharing some BMX fun.  There are lots of familiar names and the race is in England, so it's a rainy, muddy mess of a track.  In short, this race has the perfect conditions for an anything could happen race.  Hope you all enjoy as much as I did.  The Gary Ellis face plant is funny, thankfully he wasn't hurt, it sure looked painful.  lol

Brilliant usual crap British weather love the amount peddling they had to do to just to  get round the track.
How cool did Miranda look in all that protective gear best part though was the commentary on Gary Ellis accident (wonder what was going through his mind except for the lump of wood)priceless the good old days thanks for posting

Yeah, it's kind of a long video, but there are some great races featured here with most all of the top pros from the UK and US going after it.  I think Tommy Brackens impressed me the most, but the UK also put up some amazing riders as well.  Good stuff!  cool

I remember jumping on the train and going to watch the freestyle part of this Kelloggs competition live. And then watching it on tv at a later date. A friend of mine was competing in it but it was great to see the U.S. pros tearing it up.
