You got a bad ass bike. How big of a sprocket can you run on a Dugan?

I'm not sure yet, but assuming you could go big as you want.

Just spent 3 hours on polishing this thing by hand lol Can't wait to get the S1 completely together! It's going to be awesome, and full of Primo, and Fit parts. Even used a Profile SS Evolution bottom bracket. Spins silly smooth! big_smile

smile Quite possibly haha. What is your trick with polishing? I've done a few sets of American mag wheels by hand but it took up to 40 hours per wheel, depending on how corroded or damaged they were. Plus removing busted center cap studs haha. I kinda miss doing it but not the time it takes.

biggest it can take is a 30 tooth any bigger you run to many spacers. to keep teeth / sprocket from hitting frame. that throw chain line off.

Mostly together so far. Just need to put a chain, grips, and the rest of the brakes and hardware on! With the rare Fit seat too! I'll get way better pictures when it's done. smile

Just finished the S1 up today! After these pics, I had taken it to the skate park for a break in haha! It's loaded up with Fit parts, Primo, and Odyssey. The brakes are stupid dialed, and work amazing! Yes, I'm sure I'll be judged by how long the cable looks lol I also used a Profile SS Evolution bottom bracket. Bike rides ultra smooth! Hope you guys like it! big_smile
