1963 Schwinn Stingray Deluxe

I finally hit the holy grail of the Schwinn Stingrays. The serial number tells me that it was made on October 10, 1963. The frame color is flamboyant lime with its natural patina
from years of neglect. If you look closely at the chain-guard you can faintly see the reverse screen which means that it is a deluxe model (not too many 63 deluxe models around). This bike just so happens to be another one that I saved from being disposed of. There is also a picture of the bike the day that I got it.
