Re: What's for dinner?

Hotter than hell today...kinda like this dish tonight!

My wife loves Pierogies (Potato Dumplings) sautéd in butter, garlic, and Onions....one of her favorites but...Just to bland and simple for me time after time so I whipped some up in homemade Pesto Sauce, Hot Keilbasa Sausage, Bell Peppers & Onions and Garlic of course. Here’s the end result for this 1st time attempt. She liked it! Picky eater as well...lol

Having a light dinner of Beef Tataki and other tasty morsels from my favorite Japanese place.
I should have taken a pic before I started chowing.

Re: What's for dinner?

Late 4th of July family and friends BBQ today since I had to work so today was the day. Chicken and Beef Fajitas with all the condiments plus this bomb ass Avacado Orange Salsa I made, A-1 Burgers, Nathan’s Bacon Wrapped Dogs, Italian Pasta Salad, Country Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Chocolate Mousse Strawberry Cream Pie, Mini Brownies, Mini Stawberry Shortcakes. Everyone was happy and I’m exhausted from a long weekend of preparation and cooking. http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/248463/1bf90621-4e18-472b-9834-b375aa34c9fb5d229dec7f.jpeg

Re: What's for dinner?

I'm babysitting my niece today, and was looking forward to cooking up some nice seafood for her (she's always loved it in any form, and her current fave is octopus). But my sister just got a pasta machine, so now the kid wants fettuccine bolognese hmm
It wasn't bad at all, just not what I had expected. And it was cool having her in the kitchen with me, helping to make the pasta.

Wow man, so inventive with everyday ingredients. cool

Tonight I did a baked stuffed haddock with my own crab and mushroom stuffing. Grilled asparagus and a sweet creamed butternut squash.

We had a Beef O’Bradys here for about 6 months or so and they closed it down before I ever got to try it. It's now a Boomba's pizza and their pizza sucks IMO.
