Torker Outbreak Found?

Hey all I have had this bike for some time but don't have a clue on it.  After doing some searching online I found that many Torkers are collector bikes.  I have spent the past hour searching the web to try and find another bike with the same frame.  I found one in the archives that the frame looked exactly the same except no outbreak stickers.  He had it listed as a 2001 Bike.  Can anyone offer some thoughts on what I have and its Value/Rarity?  Here are some of the stampings on the underside:  WV0C09844  TK-200 SBS INC SEATTLE  Thanks ahead of time.  Joel

Re: Torker Outbreak Found?

OK sorry for that... On to the topic...  I'm not a bike guy... I ride them but don't know what is correct.  Can you help me identify what might be original parts and / or replaced on this bike?
