http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 8031f.jpegThis was purchased while on vacation, from a Performance Bike shop, for $349!  Couldn’t help myself.  Now I have to ship it home.

One of my buddies just got the Dogtown. They're much cooler looking in person. The seat's really well done and I'm a fool for cool seats

Re: BIG RIPPER THREAD

Just because I'm to big to ride it doesn't mean I'm not going to build it or buy it.

Re: BIG RIPPER THREAD

I need to get some better pics of my 2012 SE "BIG RIPPER" and get it added to the museum. I have not changed anything on it yet as it's fine just the way it is for me...Anyways, there it is tucked away in the basement for the winter. My daily rider to cruise around the neighborhood with my daughter and around town. I love it! I'm 6'2" and it fits me perfect!

Re: BIG RIPPER THREAD

After 9 years it’s time to get some new parts! Been a while since I’ve done a thing to it, except ride it, and let it get dusty in the garage while I’ve been renovating my laundry/bathroom. http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/16528/e1140ed1-9fb9-485f-b420-3dea11d41f035c95959de9.jpeg

Re: BIG RIPPER THREAD

I picked up a 19 Big Ripper from a local shop a week ago. Was a scratch and dent (couple small nicks on the fork and chainstays) and is missing the number plate and rear pegs but for $350 out the door I wasn't crying about it. I had a 26" FIT Mike Aitken and loved how it rode and looked but it was heavy as hell. I didn't like last years powder blue BR so was hoping this years was a cooler color and this red is killer. I looked forever for an older one for sale but the few I'd find were crazy priced. This all means nothing since I'm not including a pic, as I can't figure that out just yet, but imagine a stock 2019 BR and you'll see mine lol. Some great rides in this thread already so hoping it takes off so I can steal..... I mean use some of the customizing ideas on y'alls.

Re: BIG RIPPER THREAD

Have had this for about a year now. Just cleaned the tires, so I figured I better get some pics while it looks pristine. My favorite bike of all time!  Set my personal best the other day at just over a mile non stop wheelie. Had to Google earth it, lol. Not bad for a 46 year old heh?
