1992 Dyno Detour

Black/Chrome

I had several of these bikes as a kid. Mainly GT and Dyno. Over the years they were sold or traded for bigger toys. By 1992 I was already 16 and getting into cars. It was the tail end of the freestyle boom from 1986-1990 or so. The neighbor across the street was younger so he got this bike kinda late in the game. He rode it for a few years and I just got older . I moved out of the neighborhood to get out on my own but my parents stayed in that house. In 1997 I was 20 years old and still remembered those days and how much fun freestyling was. I was visiting family and ran into Brent that lived across the street and I asked about his Dyno. He said he was off to college and needed some cash so I ended up giving him 40 bucks for it. Ive had the bike ever since. This bike has been with me almost 20 years and its the closest thing to what I used back in the day when my life revolved around teaming up with buddies early in the morning until late at night practicing frame standing, cherry pickers, and various endos and such. I love this bike. I love GT/Dyno. This bike is a rider and survivor and I still freestyle daily on it.
*Recently added NOS front pegs and remounted rear pitbull brake underneath
