my  HB bars are chrome my Gyro and head set are polish silver alloy. needed the white to brake it up.

The white stem will work nice with the seat.

I concur AND wont look like all the others running the same stem.wink build that shit how you want it.

I don't know about white Freek,I would have left it silver.

Are you saying that due to the built-in seat post clamp not being white to match the stem?  a white stem almost requires a white seat post clamp but cant be done on this frame.  Well, it can, but I doubt that would happen.  Maybe a white GT coin decal on the post would tie it in.

I would have gone with a black stem or silver mallet with white bars or forks.

Re: Colony Ozone frame!

My Albes box is coming today and hopefully by the end of the weekend it'll be dialed and ride able.  Took some chances on colors so it's ether going to be "Wow, cool!", or the ugliest girl in school.  But hey, even the ugly girl is a good ride.  big_smile

Here's where I'm at now, so coming today are forks, headset, gyro, levers, Haro 2.0 tires......   bunch of other little shit.  No idea when my real seat will show up so I might have to make do with some random shit.

Re: Colony Ozone frame!

Have you rode these new Haro tires... they are way to big for flat... 1.85 and down are the way to go. Unless its just 80's flat. Then, dont matter.

You're running a 30T up front! what is the size of the rear driver on the hub?

Re: Colony Ozone frame!

Rear driver is 11 tooth.   I've had this  exact combo on a couple bikes over the last 8 years or so, works well for me.

Thanks for all the compliments.  I got the rest of my parts from Albes today so I'm hoping to have it complete by the end of the weekend.   White Haro 2.0 tires, Odyssey gyro, Haro Lineage front fork, Tech 77 levers, etc.

I don't know much about about Ozone back in the day, but maybe Jeff (Quick2) or some of the other guys can fill in the history.

Re: Colony Ozone frame!

Just plugging away.   I think I need to take half an hour and clean up after lunch before I get into it again.  I've turned into the old, organized freaky old man who has to put every tool away right after I use it.   Which, all in all, is a good thing.  big_smile
