Haven't got on my bike other than to boot around with my 3 year old in over a month. Putting some pressure on myself by posting here and making a vow to ride this weekend and post a pic by Monday!

Glad you got that ride in, Tony.  Very cool for Chad to come down, but then again, he loves coming down for rides!

Re: Todays Ride.

Finally got out for a ride! And it was nipply out! -8°C when I left the house. Think I ended up doing about 20km.

http://i63.tinypic.com/333ycfp.jpg

Got to my destination and realised I was too dehidrated to make it back in good shape so I started searching for a shop.
http://i67.tinypic.com/wc0806.jpg

Closest place was a hospital where I had to leave my bike by the door and look for the pharmacy. It was closed so I walked even further through the place to find the cafeteria. Up to a different floor... no chance of stopping anyone who grabbed it. I was soo releived to see it still there I took a pic.
http://i68.tinypic.com/2yy6mw2.jpg

Then to the dirt jumps but my legs were too rubbery. Could hardly get my back wheel off the ground.
http://i64.tinypic.com/4jm0z5.jpg

Some seagulls chilling on the ice.
http://i63.tinypic.com/23ha93s.jpg

Then back up the river.
http://i66.tinypic.com/2ivk31s.jpg

Now to look into some new cranks. The stupid 48 splines developed some play on the way home.

Wow. Have you started trying to move it yet? If so is it popping out randomly? Let that soft tissue heal so it get's back to holding it in place.

I wrecked a motorcycle 15 years ago, tore everything in my shoulder that holds it in. It was coming out randomly over the years. At first I couldn't even reach down to pet a dog with out it dislocation. Its better now that I've been lifting weights and working out, but over the years you will learn what muscles flex and dislocate it. Yours should heal good as long as you do your therapy. Mine was horrible and wouldn't wish it on anyone. Hope all is well brother
