Re: New retro Redlines

Would like to see a retro MXII and RL20 II, now that would be some OS Sexyness right there wink  26"...nah, not for me. I'll be waiting for the 20" XL and 24" Cruiser.

Re: New retro Redlines

Doesn't quite do it for me.  Why not the original single gusset and in a 24 and a 20?

My thoughts too, another single speed mountain bike. We’re not all 6’ 3” and 240lbs lol

Does look cool though

I'm OK with the plus tires but I do wonder why a double gusset rather than the single. I'd like to see the rear dropouts of the squareback to see how close they are to the OG.

Search Amazon for redline sqb26 and there’s pictures.

I don’t know how to copy them here.  Looks rad. $560.

Re: New retro Redlines

Does not make any sense. Why doesn't Redline just jump right in and do a 20' RL20 retro.

I agree its always "Hey look it's a nod to what everyone loved about Redline"

Just make the one they loved, not a nod to it.

My guess is they're just testing the market. Safer to make these larger frames that appeal to a broader market than a 20" RL-20II. But I'm with u. Only one that would interest me is that one cool

Yay. Another one.

Posting and discussing guns on a vintage bmx collectors website is ok. Asking the value of a collectable vintage bmx bikes isn’t.

+1 that one and not a 26" of that one!

Re: New retro Redlines

I will say they are going to steal some SE customers with the 27.5" wide tire one.  The price is much cheaper and that teal color late 80's style decal is going to grab some attention from my generation.  I was wanting to order a fat tire bike from SE, but this Redline is more my style.

I keep buying and selling, so I guess I wasn't happy with the four I had left.

Yeah the teal is the best looking of the bunch. I guess if you are a beach cruiser fat tire guy. But like the others an RL20 would be the most attention grabbing. Just like Haro and the new Masters

Anyway it won't happen with Redline. I wonder why SE hasn't done a retro 20" freestyle quad?

Just hope the wheelie kids don't buy them and turn Redline into a wheelie brand like they did with SE.

Re: New retro Redlines

A 24 would have made more people excited about one.  Even a 6'3 240 pound guy could ride a 24.  I don't get the mtb 26" bmx style.  On a side note, those 26"s would be cooler with gears.
