Stem is a DK Freestyle stem.  It has a hole drilled into the base that allows just the cable to run through, down the quill, into the wedge that had a small hole drilled into it also. The brake housing stops at the base, just wire inside and then the housing is then pushed up the steerer tube (Pots Mod style)

It took alot of beers and patience to get it to work correctly.
