Looks like a Cleveland Welding Company Frame??? Looks like a WESTERN FLYER DESIGN- KNOWLEDGE IS POWER... Dig the rear Drop outs... Wondering what the Serial #are... AMF bought out CWC in 1951,and Didn’t they produce Columbia’s???
