Re: there is still a hope for the future of rap
I used to MC BITD. The crew I was in, the Den of Thieves, never achieved commercial success, but were known in underground circles in the Chicago area. We even opened for Cypress Hill once at a club in Harvey, IL. Anyway, I was never a great MC, nor have I been on the mic in many moons, but I have been on a creative tear lately as far as freestyling goes. I keep telling 44T's resident DJ, Lord Quas, that we need to hook up, but he never returns my calls...I guess I'm not dope enough.
I’m just seeing this now. Lol! Haven’t logged on to this site in quite a while. Are you sure you have the right phone number to this Lord Quas guy? ...oh, and weren’t you at my house a few months ago?
