Thought you were going to put a GT cap on the stem?

Thank you, I don't have an original GT cap.  I actually like the cap plain...the serial # is special.
I am very thankful to Steve, Jeremy, Matt, and Jim for making the stem with my sister's DOB as the serial number.

Re: Knight Bike Co. Proformer Memorial Bike Build For My Sister Sarah.

When I look down, I feel like I am riding an "old school" GT.  The stem and frame set are AWESOME.
I drove by some kids at the skatepark and one of them stated, "that is an old GT".
They don't know how much of a compliment it is saying my bike looks old...LOL!

Wow, just looked through all your completed pics. Awesome job! As with all your builds, it is top notch!! You paid tribute to your sister well again. I'm glad you went with the white Tuffs. It looks amazing! "Old" as in old school, is always a compliment in my books. big_smile Congratulations again!

Thanks Colin, it was fun to build and is more fun to ride.
Like you said, it is a compliment some people think the build looks "old school".

Thank you very much.  Pictures don't do the color justice.

Received my GT decals by ULTRAHIVE...they are sweet.  I replaced the seat post and handlebar decals.  The seat post decal I had put on was the wrong style and the OG decal on the bars was in rough shape.  I am done!  smile

Re: Knight Bike Co. Proformer Memorial Bike Build For My Sister Sarah.

I neatened up the build by running the front cable through the cable guide.

Thanks Alan.  The brake cable was bothering me.  I am glad it is routed through the cable guide now.

Re: Knight Bike Co. Proformer Memorial Bike Build For My Sister Sarah.

I'm very happy with how the non-drive side looks now...much cleaner.  I shortened the rear brake cable as well.

Switched in new BLUE pedals and grips for the perfect mis matched look.
