cool Thanks Kurt.

One thing that I have seen over and over on the BMXmuseum is members willing to tarnish the reputation of another member by leaving nasty feedback before trying to resolve a problem like a reasonable human being.

In my 6 plus years as a staff member , this pisses me off almost as much as a scammer.

Re: BMXMuseum<--->Newbie Guide<--->Pro Membership<--->How To's

maybe this is a dumb question, but what's the solution when the pic won't upload directly to the site?  I'm guessing it's because it's too big, but what's the fix?

Helps if you read the rules before you post.

Re: BMXMuseum<--->Newbie Guide<--->Pro Membership<--->How To's

No matter if it's a bmx bike,  ounce of crack, car, house, prostitute or just information it's only worth what someone is willing to pay. If someone would pay a million dollars for a junk huffy then it's worth a million dollars lol if you have a house appraised on paper at 200k but only get a highest offer of 100k then obviously it's not worth more than 100k. The rules make sense, I'm a newb just today and I get it.  Fortunately information here is free so take what you can get and roll with it son

Re: BMXMuseum<--->Newbie Guide<--->Pro Membership<--->How To's

Have a pair of old school tires. Completion IV with a red/blue label and Comp IV with red/green label. Trying to find some info about these but all I see is comp 3's. Knew they were nice tires back in the day. Bought them back in the 80's to mount on my hutch but never did. Help with any knowledge about these. Thx

I don't really see the issue people have with the "how much is it worth threads".  I mean, if you dug your old bike out of storage, and wanted to know it's current value...going to a forum full of bmx collectors and asking isn't really the worst place to start.  It's probably the best place to ask actually.

So by that logic....if I had an ounce of crack...I should take it to a crackhouse to get appraised? hmm. I guess next time I'm bartending I'll ask the drunks how much their drinks are worth. Then charge them accordingly.

Whats all this "if" talk? neutral lol
