2012 SE Racing Quadangle 26
2012 SE Racing Quadangle 26
Ode to Blue and Gold
There was always some factory team that had a crazy color scheme. The coolness of the crazy color scheme may have faded by the next year, but those riders and their bikes always stood out from the crowd. While we always are pulled toward that clean, chrome look in a bike, we (those of us that grew up in the 80's) will always have a soft spot for loud, unabashed color on bmx bikes. Here is my version of a clown bike ready for a big old guy to race. Stock (from Planet BMX) except for: AME grips from Pork Chop Comp III repop tires from Pork Chop Hutch beartrap pedals 41t Chainring and spider from Pork Chop Chainring bolts and stem bolt from Precision Ruf-Neck Stem Bullseye II Tensioners Selle Concor Saddle Numberplate by Forty Four Sixteen Design

I have a soft spot for colored bikes and this one is superb.
Don't mind me. I'm just here to look at pictures.

Maybe that is why I love the more colors the better on my bikes as well. I am totally a kid from the 80's. Sweet ride!

Re: 2012 SE Racing Quadangle 26
That's not a "clown bike" at all!! That is straight up RAD. Looks totally like simethibbg a team rider would have had in the early 80's.
The clown bikes were in freestyle.
