Re: DC/MD/VA Riders Thread

Interested in riding tonight?

baltimorebikeparty.com

3. Meet as usual at 6:30 at St Mary’s Park in Seton Hill and roll out at 7pm SHARP.

4. This month we’ll end at Heavy Seas Alehouse for dancing, drinks, and food!

5. Heavy Seas Alehouse is giving Bike Party a portion of each sale to support summer rides. To help them keep track, please make sure you get a wristband before entering the brewery. Volunteers will be giving out wristbands at the ride and at the bar.

6. Heavy Seas will have not one, but TWO bars open for our group… go to the back bar in the initial rush to get served faster. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL in Heavy Seas, please!

7. We will be riding under WEST COAST RULES, stopping at red lights. What does that mean? Read THIS please.

Re: DC/MD/VA Riders Thread

Awesome! I somehow randomly stumbled across this post while doing a search for mongoose! roll

I had no idea there's an OS scene around here! I'm right out Parkville in the county! Hopefully I can get out for the Halloween ride!! I'll have to see what's on the family schedule for the coming weekends but hopefully can make it out one day for a ride!

Peace!

Jeff

Re: DC/MD/VA Riders Thread

I'm in for Baltimore ride.

Also a ride through Gettysburg battle field would be kick ass. Speed limit is 10mph. All paved. Bars n restaurants everywhere. About 10 campgrounds.

Re: DC/MD/VA Riders Thread

In the past we've done some rides from Gravelly Point Park across the bridge and toured the monuments. It wasn't the ideal situation because, being in a parking lot, we couldn't really have a barbecue and hang out all day but they were fun. We just need someone step up to organize it and people will come.

Re: DC/MD/VA Riders Thread

Just do it Paulie it doesn't take that much effort. If you guys want to come to Baltimore, seriously any nice weekend I'm down for riding. Just let me know I have a nice route already. And.... vise verse would love to cruise the Battlefield , just post it here, time and meet spot free parking if possible and date. I'm cool for it on any nice weekend. That goes for DC as well doesn't have to be a big event just post the details and see who's in.

Plus maybe multiple people could pitch in in the event of a bbq situation. I would help.
