2015 Gary Turner 26

Dream Machine

The (my) essentials: a pair of Levi's 501s, some old skool Vans, and a GT 26 to ride! Certainly, this is not an original first generation GT 26 (those are too rich for my blood), but this new generation from Gary Turner is beautiful and fulfills my dream. Even got to shake the Legend's hand when I picked up the frameset! Thanks to Craig, Mike and Gary for their efforts in producing these framesets. Love the original look and styling of the old ones, so had to opt for the old style logo decals--no disrespect to what Gary, Craig and Mike are doing now or to the magnificent first generation GT 26's still in existence. Just showing my appreciation for what came before and living the BMX life as best I can as an adult. More pictures in comments.

Re: 2015 Gary Turner 26

Thanks. I prefer the tires with the treads in this direction so that the chevron treads provide more scooping action in the dirt.
Cheers

Re: 2015 Gary Turner 26

And thank you Admins, whoever was able to lighten the thumbnail pic of the bike.  The exposure on mine was too dark.  Appreciate the love!

Re: 2015 Gary Turner 26

Innocenti:

It feels and rides great, well-balanced in air, good stiffness to flex ratio under stress, and solid feel in landings.
