Re: new 2014 Fairdale TAJ 26"
I ran profiles on my commuter for a while (SS) and it looked awesome and was comparably cheap but after a while the super wide spacing hurt my knees.

I kinda want to buy it. But actually I'd rather have an electric motor on it. All quiet and stealth. I rode an mtb with an electric motor kit at Bike Farm, and it was pretty sick.

Don't mind at all!!!!!
Raced NBL tracks in the 80's East Coast. Boston is home base. Wide ranging love for all things BMX. I have great memories and continue to make them. Faster than greased moose poop.

Not me, but I noticed there's a 2015 Blue Taj on Austin CL if anyone wants to take on a new project...

I know!!! Been checking it out for a while, I think I'm gonna pick it up.
From what I've just been reading about internal geared hubs, it's unlikely that there will be a good one that is 110mm spaced.

BMX'd my Fairdale Weekender today. DK 4.75" cruiser bars. Tried Kink 53mm stem inverted (Fly sticker), then went with Primo Casket 40-ish-mm.

You could do an internal geared hub on the Flyer.
