Re: 1990 GT Pro Series XL

Wow,
that is a mid-school beauty.
I would have to lower the bars, and move them back, just personal pref.
It reminds me of my friends bike in high school, hiw was stolen, and he built the ultimate bike at the time.
A GT pro with graphite tuffs. The bike certainly came together nicely.
We are getting close to having every year of GT on here.
yours is a very welcome addition, thanks

Re: 1990 GT Pro Series XL

SICK!!!!  I have an '89 XXL that I desperately need those decals for.  Are they original, NOS, or repops?  Any idea where I could get a set?

Re: 1990 GT Pro Series XL

Dirty,

Only took ya a year to get back to me on that question.  LOL

Bike looks killer........I sold my 89 a while back and also now have a 1990 XL Pro Series...NOS out of the box.  The only thing I did was, I changed out the stem on mine for the red anno one,

Re: 1990 GT Pro Series XL

Yeah, sorry about the slow response. We've been living w/ my father-in-law for almost a year. He's 74 and has no computer. That all changed recently, we just closed on our new house. I love those bars on your GT. I am currently working on a 1985 Se Quadangle Freestyler. It's going to have quite a few parts from this GT. I'm selling the frame, forks, headset, dirt-skirt, and seat together. Everything else is going on the quad. This GT was only built be me, straight out of the box. If you know of anyone interested........
