GT didn't make a Tour 2 in 1998 Those decals are from 1999. also that sprocket wasn't available until 1999. So my guess is, that it's a 1999 Tour 2.

It is in the 99 catalog but it was made in late 98.

It has Pac Mans on F/F It doesnt have the standing platform or threaded gooseneck like the performers so I dont think so?

it is denitly NOT a performer...performers didnt have pac mans in rear....there were pro performers that had the pac man forks though

It's definitely a 99 Tour 2, I had one. The seat should be the same one from a Pro Performer and it's missing the GT sticker off the top tube next to the seat post, other than that it's all there.
