1999 Haro Zippo

Haro Master tribute I build as a rider. I've always wanted a green one.

Build Thread: http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=403054
Back in the day, I wanted a Green Master, but fate conspired against me to get me one of the pink ones. I never got over not getting my green one. I decided that building a retro tribute rider with some upgraded parts as a rider would be a good course of action.
Edit: Updated the wheel set to Nankai Freecoaster setup and added Graphite copy pedals for authentic look.

It rides pretty nice. Really solid and not as flex-y as the old Masters. The geometry is the same. Great flatlanding bike.

Re: 1999 Haro Zippo

What do the dropouts measure?
14mm or 3/4?

They are 14mm. Only reason I have not swapped the wheels out yet.

Re: 1999 Haro Zippo

And I know what you mean by flexy. The dropouts on the older bikes are stunningly thin. But they seem to outlast a lot of todays bikes.
