Re: 1987 Dyno Pro Compe
One of the best versions of any bike ever. The 87 Pro Compe Team was THE best looking version Dyno ever made. Yours is a standard Pro Comp but with GT 3pc cranks correct? Are those wheels super Lace 36's Or just standard 36's? Hubs look a bit small for SL wheels, plus I think the SL's were all chrome.. but I could be wrong on that. Awesome bike!!!

Re: 1987 Dyno Pro Compe
Thanks....They are Superlace hubs with Ukai white/shinny rims. Superlace hubs came in colors, most often you see chome, white, and black.... If you look close at the pics you can see the offset pattern. I will get some updated pics of this one up soon. I need some white levers for it, tech 7's or white 77's if anyone has some let me know.

Re: 1987 Dyno Pro Compe
Got both Dyno's out for a bit today. Still haven't gotten the tires dirty on the PC, the Slammer went on a fun little ride with my son today though.

Re: 1987 Dyno Pro Compe
Thanks Jose, this one is my one and only keeper. All other bikes I build are pretty much for the fun of building and usually end up for sale. This one will stay.

My goodness that bike is incredible to say the least! Absolute beauty!
Love the number plate as well, I was looking for one for a long time and just gave up
"Dyno Blue" was the hottest color in the world IMHO.

Re: 1987 Dyno Pro Compe
No never a racer but I did sport a number plate just like this one on my Pro Compe back then. For awhile at least. Now since I don't ride this one much if at all, the plate looks cool and I have place for stickers. I know some like it and some don't but for now that is how it will sit. I have put a few more stickers on since this pic.
