dont think they made the viper in 1985, I have a assault that is 1995, I believe.


don't put front brakes on a race bike, it looks dumb.

sure they made a viper in 85, I have one. But, that is a newer frame. maybe late 80s early 90s.

yeah...decals are newer looking, though the frame is confusing a little....more like an 1993

yeah that is what I meant, the frame doesnt look like like a 85. has the contilever brakes

Had a '94 Viper just like this but it had yellow frame decals & black chain ring. A nice light bike. Just scored an '83 first generation Viper with Yellow Tuff II's will post it up soon as I have given it a light restoration. Mark

Ranger..I was looking some more and saw your bike had fork dropouts like the "95 models. So could be a "95...check them out in the museum.
