"Expert Welder"

Well, I know two people in my family qualified to do this job, and im just wondering, how hard would it be to get a thick 4130 Heattreated chromoly Supergoose 2 and fork set with a laidback post made? Because I dont want to lay something on them thats that hard. Also, would skyway tuff 2 mags hold up too street abuse on something like this? We ride moderate size dirt jumps, park, ramps, flatland, and street all on the same bike, and im just wondering if it would be smart, I taco single walled rims on g turns and 180's... You dont want to see them after a 360.
