1987 GT Performer

I found this bike in the dumpster everything but the wheels and took it home stripped it down and built it back up wondering why it was ever in the dumpster in the first place.

Re: 1987 GT Performer

I like the story that goes along with the bike.

Unique color choice - I don't think that I've ever seen that color combo before.

Re: 1987 GT Performer

I love to see unique colored Performers. If I see one more Day Glo pink, White or blue Performer I will AHHHHHHHHH. Being creative is great, treat it like it is art.  Just my opinion and not saying that the Performers that are the stock colors are bad just been done so much. It is refreshing when one is done a custom color.

Could somebody help me out? I wanted to restore this but I'm sick of every performer being chrome or pink or white lol. Anyways I need some help on what parts to get for it? Thanks

Re: 1987 GT Performer

looks totally out of place with the rest of your bikes. just be careful when you ride hard. i smacked both knees on one of those once. wiped me right off the bike:o

Some people need to get down off of their crosses, use the wood to build a bridge and GET OVER IT!!!!
I don't build bikes. I just assemble them.
