Re: 1996 Haro Group 1 Ci
Thats in great shape ,I would leave it the way it is ,Maybe put some chrome Profile cranks ,Blue mid-school pedals ,Odyssey 24" Blue Flame T1000's laced to blue Profile hubs ofcourse ,And some darker blue grips and call it good,lol...It really does look pretty good the way it is aswell. Nice Cruiser & Weclome To The Museum ,Later on.

Re: 1996 Haro Group 1 Ci
Thanks fellas for the comments. Yes, the first thing I'm doing is changing the cranks and pedals out. Those pedals are P.O.S I hate them. I will be posting updates as I Beautify her even more

Re: 1996 Haro Group 1 Ci
I bought the bike from the original owner and when he bought it from Haro the headtube was crushed in from the factory. I think its from the terrible design of the stem that crushed it in. When I got it, I accidently pulled the star nut out. I didn't know what to do so I posted a thread about the problem and another member on the site had the exact same problem with this bike. He told me how he fixed his problem and had no problem fixing mine for free. I sent the fork to him and what he ended up doing was press a socket into the headtube which only expanded the headtube out 1mm. I ended up running a Profile stemlock instead of a star nut. Works perfect!!!
