Re: 2000 Hoffman EP
Do you know what was the main difference between the "Love Bars" and the "Chocolate Bars"...??
Only the gusset? Or it was more than that?

Re: 2000 Hoffman EP
hi,
the love bars were vert/ramp bars, which came in 3 versions.the first were reallybig, without a gusset on the part where the crossbar meets the bend, which was thi weak point, and featured an allen bolt which made possible(if you could take them out)the replacing of the actual handle bar tube.these were remodeled, and the second version was a tad shorter, had no allen bolt, and had a gusset.these were really good.these also had a hole were the allen bolt used to be,mostly for aesthetic purposes.the third model was the 1996 model, which was the first taiwanese model.these had no sweepback, had a hb logo were the hole was on the second model, and were of a lesser quality.although were much lighter.I have pictures of the first 2,I'll post them up later.the chocolate was a flatland bar, with oversoze one inch grips,no sweepback, and very good material, they came in chrome and white.the first love bars came in chrome, black and blue.the rest only in chrome.the low drag bars were another kind of hb bars, which were really cool, similar toredline forklifters in shape, but short and nice, akin to bully bars, but cropped down.very cool.those came stock on the 97 taj.

Re: 2000 Hoffman EP
thats what i was thinken..the love bars were vert and the choc. bars were for flatland...seeing as the EP is a flatland bike and thats what i used it for that would make sense why i bought the choc. bars

Re: 2000 Hoffman EP
A couple of years back I would have given my left arm for that bike.... erm... but that would have made riding it a bit difficult - lol
Nice set-up, though :-)
