Re: 2008 SE Racing Lil' Ripper 16

congrats! I have a 5 year old who was born on the 30th of Sept. He has a little bro who will be one on the 15th of DEC.

Of course, the little one will inherit his big bro's old bikes, but that is the way it works.

My 5 yo has a 16" Free Agent Speedy and is getting used to his 2000 GT mini (custom build up). I loved building up that GT knowing that my boy was going to love riding it!

As far as kids go (for me anyway) I've loved every stage. Even the terrible twos! They lead straight into the theatric threes which I thought were a bit more trying that the twos.

It is such an amazing thing to watch your child develop.

One thing that I hope helps us and our children is keeping in mind our role in their lives. Their "job" as children is to test us. They do it in a number of different ways. Our job as parents is to pass those tests. Sometimes it is discipline, sometimes it is a hug. We need to be there to give the kids what they need.

Anyway, nice bike for the little guy! Enjoy the ride!!!

Re: 2008 SE Racing Lil' Ripper 16

Thanks for the comments guys -RDB - Im also thinking of a 12" bike to start him off .  I think Redline has small bikes   , unless anyone else knows of any nice ones out there.
muphasta - Thanks for the heads up , on the 2s and 3s - yeah i know my little one will inherit my collection of RC cars ,my old collection of Hot Wheels  from the 70s-, a TONKA truck also from the 70s  and of course my bikes , well guys got to head off to work almost 5 A.M.

Cool ride for the little one.

I got one for my 5 year old LAST year. Your little guy will probably learn to ride his, before mine does.roll

The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "save us"...

Same here, my son is now a bit more than a metre tall. A few month and he can switch from his 12" bike to the 16" Ripper.

Re: 2008 SE Racing Lil' Ripper 16

Hopefully he'll be able to tame this bike like he has this poor horse . The horse allready threw him off once and chipped his tooth but less than 5 minutes later he was back on - 1yr. more maybe , well got to find him a nice 12" bmxr to start him off on huh -  any suggestions  or bikes you might have for sale LMK
