1984 Profile Racing Prostyler

Another rare, early freestyler!

Another one of those frame/fork/handlebar sets I bought and built years ago. I've always had and appreciation for those early freestyle bikes. Oddly enough, the majority of bikes like these were passed over or just didn't have that big of a desire to be purchased by many people back in the day. Funny how times changed, huh?!?

I bought this frameset combo from another fellow collector many, many years ago. I built it up, loved the results and it stayed that way for years. Some years back, I lost my job and put it up for sale. No one bought it so I started (foolishly) to part it out! Unfortunately, the matching bars and quite a few other parts sold before I came to my senses!!! It took me a while to replace some of the parts. I built it back up a bit differently this time around. I'm really happy with the results. It took 1st Place, Best 80's Freestyle at the 2022 Texas BMX Round-up so I guess I didn't do too bad!  Hope you like it.
