Tempting for sure. But that's the whole idea. Tempt us with a pretty picture and start the pre-order madness all over again.

"BUILD IT AND THEY WILL COME"

Let's build something first and have plenty in stock for a change.

I can only speak for myself, but this waiting game every single time something new is being introduced is getting old.

Yes, I remember and agree to the terms of 2022 delivery time as listed on the website. I'm in no hurry, I have plenty of other projects to finish by then. I also understand today's workforce that is affected by Covid which pushes everything to the right (as in timeframes) or up (as in prices). I'm appreciative that someone is taking on the project and offering a cool Frame and fork that I can ride the hell out of and not feel bad if anything happens to it.

Hutch preorders were 4 months behind their expected delivery. Not bad considering everything. I’d put my money down with JDB over the guys dealing with the Redline preorder hands down.

From the Hutch website:

"Offered for the first time ever, the National Pro 24 Cruiser re-issue is a nearly exact copy of the vintage original. It includes all vintage geometry and technology such as 1" threaded forks, American bottom bracket, and side-pull brakes. Only very minor items differentiate this from a vintage-original, such as the modern serial number. There is a very good chance that the National Pro 24 Cruiser re-issue will be a one-time offering, so if you have an interest be sure to grab one! National Pro cruiser bars and 7/8" seat post are anticipated to arrive at the same time the frames arrive in 2022 so be sure to check back for those items at a later date."

I ordered one since it's a 24". I would have passed if it was a 20"

With most of the classic bikes being repoped it really take away the nostalgic desire for old school originals... it was a special feeling when I ride my trickstars or RL-20IIs and with them being repoped...this kinda sucks.

I look at it a little different. I didn't want to ride my cruiser for fear of breaking it. Now I'll have a new one I can ride and not bust up the old stuff.
