One of the coolest bikes on the site!  Was this ever an original color in 87?

Re: 1987 GT Pro Freestyle Tour Team Model

This bike was done by Acuzer's coaters in CA.

Chip did one for us in this color and it is 100x better than the one our local guys did here in WI.

Still do! Well, not the first one pictured at the beginning of this thread, but the one with Eddie Fiola and Martin Aparijo. I guess I should have started a new thread for that one.

Re: 1987 GT Pro Freestyle Tour Team Model

I have to say that I do remember there being a dayglow orange GT Pro Freestyle Tour back in 1987.  I remember seeing it in adds.  I think you had to custom order it, but it was possible.  I remember vividly because that was the exact bike that I lusted after since 1987.  It was just not common.  But available if you knew to order it from GT and were willing to wait.  I remember seeing one in person too.

This is the exact color bike that I want to make too.  I have a 1988 haro team master but would rather have a 87 Pro Freestyle Tour in day glow orange any day over the Haro.

Man you absolutely knocked this build out of the park. What a kick ass color on this bad ass bike! Well done.
