Haters gonna hate. Redline put this together as full-price pre-order, good/bad/ugly - it's the RL20II FFS!

Every buyer paid during a pandemic. Redline still had to set-up manufacturing and tooling. In October 2020 the full reality of manufacturing supply/shortage issues were not fully known. Any expectation they could meet their original due date was crazy. I have to think the buyers knew what they were getting into (or bought blind). Hopefully this is the leading edge and will pave the way for new projects and NS geometry.

It is a bicycle frame, first off. I don't care if R.L. Osborn included a vial of blood with every frame - it's just a bicycle frame.  And that goes for anything on this entire site.

The issue is this - someone decided to start a business venture in October 2020. You don't start a business venture and take $500k of people's money with a dream of making it happen someday. You take the cash based on the premise that basically everything is in order to be done BEFORE you promise, and then you build in cushion in case there is a MINOR blip.

The other thing I don't want to hear is how all these people are willing to wait until doomsday "as long as it's quality".  So, are they saying that if it gets done tomorrow, they'd be satisfied with junk? Isn't the expectation that it was going to be quality when delivered on-time?

What if he invested that $500K in AAPL in October 2020 @ $100 /share, he could have made $250K profit right now. Just refund the buyers and walk away with 250K. EZ money lol lol

And just to add to this! For the amount of money these frame sets cost. They should have been made in the USA using the finest of cromo available.

September is right around the corner and we haven't got a peep of any production pics or actual quality control from assembly plants. Dom is Puppet Master and we're the Puppets. My opinion is all.

Us Aussie's paid $2999.00 each /  33 of each colour , they sold quick .  The bike shop cancelled the order through bmx-international for me ,  Who over sold the RL20II .

Couldn't agree more. Plus I read where these frames are $3000? Is that right? That is crazy, especially when you have no idea where and by who it's being made. At least when I buy from Craig Turner I know the who, what, where and when.
