Viscount Dominator seats

I have an '86 Haro Master resto in progress.  White frame, Tuffs, white everything basically.  I think it may be too white.  I'm thinking of going for grey Tuff IIs, grey A'ME grips and a grey Dominator saddle, if such a thing exists,  to break up the white and create a bit of a contrast...

Question 1 - Did Viscount make a grey Dominator seat?

Question 2 - If they exist, does anyone have one for sale?

Thanks
Michael

Re: Viscount Dominator seats

I am lookin' for a yellow Viscount Dominator, or even just a yellow Viscount. Anyone have one? It's for my 1984 chrome Mongoose Expert build. Wanna go chrome and yellow all the way on this one. The frame's from Rooster.

Re: Viscount Dominator seats

I'm also looking for a gray one and maybe a pink one too.

I get this question often so here it is to save everyone time. I do not have any Mongoose DMC decals left. I was lucky enough to find a small bunch of NOS decal sets in an old bike shop that no longer exists and I have since sold them all. Sorry. I wish you all the best of luck with your DMC builds.

Re: Viscount Dominator seats

Thanks for the info.  I will stick with my white and chrome color-scheme for the minute until I can track down a grey dominator seat.  Grey Tuffs are readily available as are the gray A'mes but the rarity of the Dominator will slow things down a bit...

Cheers
Michael

Re: Viscount Dominator seats

Hey Electro,

I have a grey Viscount seat in NOS condition at the house. Not sure if it is a Dominator though. I'll check tonight and get back with you.

Re: Viscount Dominator seats

I know this is an old thread. I just ran across and had to say Wow thats an awesome collection of NOS dominators(my favorite seat). I'd love to have a green one for a future build. I probably won't be able to afford one when I find it. lol Nice collection though. Very cool

I'm surprised that anyone collects the most uncomfortable seat known to man!

First came the, I don't know, rounded-back MX seat, and it was OK. Then came the Aero, it was soft and fit the butts of many riders. Then came the Dyna, which didn't fit as well but was still kind of soft. Then came the flat, hard Dominator, designed to be stood on, that should have been called the Dominatrix.

lol at Dominatrix. At my age now I'm thinking all of em from that era are uncomfortable. I think I'm going for looks these days. lol
