2000 DK Legend Chris Doyle

Long time coming

2000 DK Chris Doyle signature frame, got it 3 years ago, took a while to sort it out, and find a few things like a suitable crank bolt, replacement bottom bracket bearings, etc. Frame is 21, primo headset, got a set of Dk Forks that look a lot like standard bash, which were the ones originally on the bike. standard stem, hb bars, repowdered solid bitch cranks, fbm 45 sprocket, suntour type seat clamp, gt 26.4 micro adust post, gt seat, sun levanter wheels with gt hubs (borrowed from my powerlite), odyssey cielencki pedals, tech 77/990.

Re: 2000 DK Legend Chris Doyle

Hey, man. Cool bike! I was always a huge fan of Chris Doyle. I met him a few times over the years and he was always very friendly and humble. For the record, your bike is a Legacy, not a Legend. The Legend was DK's race fame while the Legacy was Chris's signature frame.

Hi! thanks a lot for the info! No wonder I could'nt find much info, a local friend who is also a doyle fan, but not that proficient in the English language was who told me the name of the frame, cool! Hope I can edit!
