1988 Skyway Street Beat

1988 Skyway Street Beat

NOS frame/fork/bars, Izumi chain, Victor pedals, Odyssey clamp, Turbo disc, Spinmaster II, Beartrap II headset and NOS Tioga sealed bearing bottom bracket. Survivor stem, seat and Nippon.  Newer, sealed bearing mags and mint Tioga task force crank.  Always loved this color combo and wanted to build one since I started collecting. Special shoutout to fairlyodddad for helping with some of the hard to find parts like the seat and disc and crank.

Yeah bro, it’s my first build in about 4 years.  The hunt for parts is always painful but the end result is always gratifying.
