1987 Haro Team Sport

Another survivor brought back from the dead.
(87 Team Sport Incognito as a 1985 Sport)

This is my first attempt at an old school build (from scratch).
PARTS:Frame - 87 sport (bought from TheFrameKing) Had this powdered from a local powder coating company in Lake Charles.  They did a fantastic job.Fork - lineage 85 green (had them re-powdered to get an exact match to the frame - since the green is such a difficult color to get exact match.Fork Standers:  eBay (used in great shape)Bars:  Purchased from user here bswaxbmx - were white (had them stripped and powdered in the neon green)Stem: Group 1 Repro (green)Headset:  Haro Vintage 1" headset (polished)Rotor:  ACS NOS (eBay)Wheels:  Skyway Tuff II’s Blue - Planet BMXTires:  sky blue Haro HPF freestyle (2.2)Seat: Blue Dominator Seat post:  chrome fluted generic straight post - pork chopSeat post clamp:  Haro Lineage (polished)Brakes: Front (Odyssey 1999 polished). Looks fantastic.


I can't believe the way people mistreat bikes. It also amazes me how many people don't have any bikes and never ride them - poor miserable souls.
