Newbie intro

Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Bryan and I was the previous original owner of a 94 Dyno Air. It was a Christmas present from my folks and I sold it to a friend of mine a few years back, he had a son that was getting into bmx bikes. I now have a son and checked to see if he still had it and it was stolen. From what I gather by looking on this site it was a purple plasma(deep purple and black), had the chrome/yellow stickers, three spoke black mags, GT seat clamp and seat, locking brakes. It was my first and only real deal bmx bike and I really miss it. I am looking forward to learning more about these awesome bikes, especially the different models of Dyno bikes and what the differences between them are.

Re: Newbie intro

Thanks for the welcoming and for the warning about hiding my wallet! I am contemplating on building my own vs trying to find one in good shape. Do they reproduce any of the components, like if you start with a frame can you get parts readily accessible?
