1987 GT Performer

Original color was pink.

I saw this bike for $20 attached to a chainlink fence in my old neighborhood in late 90’s. It was painted an ugly navy blue. Had it powder coated to match the original pink but this is what I ended up with but I do like the candy pink. Original to the bike is the seat post, mallet stem, bars, frame and forks. Other parts were not original. I bought new Skyways for it and I believe the rest of the parts are 80’s. I built it for my oldest daughter.

I dig the powder actually, it looks like old school Hot Wheels Redlines paint which is a good thing
