If you haven't seen the magical stars floating around whilst lying face down in the mud you ain't lived.

"If you asked me what era of BMX I preferred I would look at you blankly and say all of them. If you never stopped riding you wouldn't look back with fond memories you'd create them instead. I come from 'any school'"

Pretty cool Lou!

Just want to let everyone know, when I list something for sale PLEASE ready the description completely and follow the directions so there isn’t any issues! When members call dibs and then disappear it holds the item up for someone who is ready to purchase said item.

Super cool 26, major points for outside the box, if chrome plating is not in the budget then maybe silver powder coat is the way to go.

I always wanted to be outside the box on all my builds and this one shows for sure. 99% sure it`ll be chrome.

Very nice Lou.

Who made the pads and decals?

Does JC not offer stuff in chrome plate any longer? Was checkin out his site and looked like all was offered in raw or basic colors.

Re: Team Murray X26c YES a 26!!!!

I didn`t ask about chrome because of the budget at that time. It`ll get it done by the end of the year or early next year anyway because of costs.
Pads and stickers were made over seas. It seems nobody here in the states wanted to do anything for me. I`m guessing when I said Team Murray that probably didn`t take me seriously and gave me the run around lollollol

Re: Team Murray X26c YES a 26!!!!

I`m not making pads, I have a full graphics dept at my job so I`ll get them to make me some decals. I won`t pressure him, he`ll make as many as he wants so I`m guessing not many to go around. Somebody else made my 26c pads and decals. Decals are too small is the only reason why I`m doling it myself.

Re: Team Murray X26c YES a 26!!!!

It`s my no rush project. Originally I wanted to build it as a K-Mart bike. After thinking of the chrome costs I thought of building it like a white f/f with black parts racer. I have pads in both colors for those builds. After a few suggests of a Jeff Bottema replica I thought of that too especially since there`s really no high end parts on it. Messaged Bottema weeks ago asking if he remembered the parts list, since there`s been no response I`m slowing bailing on that build.
